Acceptable Use Policy

The Service is provided for legitimate business-to-business purposes. You may use the information you lawfully obtain through the Service for your own internal business outreach, prospecting, and relationship development with commercial transportation operators, in compliance with all applicable laws and these policies.

You must not, and must not permit or enable any other person to:

• use the Service or any information obtained through it for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• send unsolicited communications, spam, or messages in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Do-Not-Call rules, or any other applicable communications, telemarketing, or privacy law;
• contact any person or business who has asked not to be contacted, or fail to honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests;
• harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any person or business;
• copy, scrape, harvest, crawl, mirror, extract, or systematically download data from the Service by automated or manual means beyond the features we provide;
• resell, redistribute, license, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make available the Service or any of its data to any third party;
• use the Service or its data to build, train, augment, or supplement any competing product, database, model, or service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the structure, sources, or methods of the Service;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, credits, security, rate limits, or access controls;
• share, transfer, or provide account access or credentials to any unauthorized person, or operate more users than your plan permits;
• introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other accounts; or
• misrepresent your identity, your authority, or your affiliation in connection with the Service.

The information provided through the Service consists of business records and is not a consumer report. You must not use it, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing any individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. You must not use the Service to assemble or infer information about consumers for any prohibited purpose.

• maintain and honor your own do-not-contact and suppression lists;
• screen your outreach against applicable do-not-call and suppression lists before contacting anyone;
• obtain any consents required by law before calling, texting, or emailing;
• keep any information you export secure and use it only for the permitted purposes; and
• promptly delete information when you are no longer entitled to use it.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access — with or without notice — for any conduct we determine, in our discretion, violates this AUP, our Terms, or applicable law. Violations may also expose you to civil and criminal liability for which you are solely responsible.
