Refund Policy

TruckScribe is a digital subscription service that provides immediate, ongoing access to business information and tools. Because access and usage allowances are made available to you as soon as your subscription is activated, fees are generally earned upon activation.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, all fees and payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused allowances, or downgrades.

• Credits and usage allowances are part of your subscription, have no cash value, and are not exchangeable or redeemable for money.
• Unless otherwise stated, allowances apply to a defined period and do not carry over once that period ends.
• Credits consumed to reveal, access, or export information are considered used and are not refundable.

Plans that include a free trial require a valid payment method when you sign up. The trial runs for the number of days stated at signup (currently 14) and gives you access to the plan you selected.

• At the end of the trial we will automatically charge the payment method you provided, for the plan you selected, at the price shown when you signed up. Your subscription then continues on that plan.
• We email you before the trial ends, stating the amount and the date we will charge you.
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, from the Billing page in your account. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged, and your access continues until the trial period runs out.
• Once a trial has converted and payment has been taken, that payment is subject to Section 2 above.
• A free trial is available once per account.

We want you to be satisfied. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or a charge that occurred after a valid and timely cancellation request. To request a refund, email refund [at] truckscribe [dot] com within 14 days of the charge, with your account email and the transaction details. We review such matters in good faith. Any accommodation we make in one case does not obligate us to do so in another.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing refund [at] truckscribe [dot] com. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the change takes effect before the next charge.

• Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged. Your access continues until the trial period ends.
• Cancelling a paid subscription stops future billing. It does not retroactively refund amounts already paid, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. For the full recurring-billing terms, including prices, timing, and how to cancel, see our Auto-Renewal Disclosure. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “TRUCKSCRIBE”. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please email refund [at] truckscribe [dot] com before disputing it with your bank, and we will resolve it quickly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed. If you initiate a chargeback in bad faith or in breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access while the matter is resolved.
