Refund Policy

TruckScribe is a digital subscription service that provides immediate, ongoing access to business information and tools. Because access and usage allowances are made available to you as soon as your subscription is activated, fees are generally earned upon activation.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, all fees and payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused allowances, or downgrades.

• Credits and usage allowances are part of your subscription, have no cash value, and are not exchangeable or redeemable for money.
• Unless otherwise stated, allowances apply to a defined period and do not carry over once that period ends.
• Credits consumed to reveal, access, or export information are considered used and are not refundable.

Where we provide demo or trial access, it is offered as a courtesy, may be limited in scope or duration, and does not entitle you to any refund.

We want you to be satisfied. If you believe there has been a billing error or a genuine problem with the Service, contact us promptly at refund@truckscribe.com. We review such matters in good faith and may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit, extension, or other resolution. Any accommodation we make in one case does not obligate us to do so in another.

You may choose not to renew at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund amounts already paid, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith or in breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access while the matter is resolved.
