Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing Disclosure

Your TruckScribe subscription is a recurring monthly plan. At the end of each billing period, your subscription renews automatically for another month and your payment method is charged the then current plan price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Current monthly prices are:

• Starter: $129 per month
• Professional: $299 per month
• Agency: $399 per month
• Enterprise: $699 per month

Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. Prices are in US dollars. Current plans and prices are always shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

If your plan includes a free trial (currently 14 days), you will not be charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method is charged the plan price shown at signup. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. We send an email reminder before your trial converts.

Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, or, if you are on a free trial, on the day the trial ends. After that, you are charged on the same date each month, your renewal date. If that date does not exist in a given month, you are charged on the last day of that month.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee:

• In the app: go to Account, then Billing, then Cancel subscription, or
• By email: contact support [at] truckscribe [dot] com and we will process your cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Charges from TruckScribe appear on your card or bank statement as “TRUCKSCRIBE”. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please email support [at] truckscribe [dot] com before contacting your bank, and we will resolve it quickly.

If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance by email. Any price change applies to billing periods that begin after the notice. Continuing your subscription after the effective date means you accept the new price.

By subscribing, you authorize Traffiq Online LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the plan you selected, including any applicable taxes, until you cancel in accordance with this disclosure. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel.
