Reach carriers the day they need a process agent.

Every new motor carrier must designate a BOC-3 process agent before the FMCSA will grant its authority. Filter to carriers with pending authority the day they file, with the owner's name and direct line already on the record, and offer to file while the decision is still open.

The carriers who need you, before anyone else reaches them.

A BOC-3 is a one time decision made in a narrow window. The whole job is reaching the carrier while it is still open.

01
Pending authority, filtered

Cut the list to carriers whose authority is granted but not yet active, the exact stage where a process agent still has to be named.

02
The day they file

New registrations refresh from the FMCSA twice a day, so a carrier that files in the morning is a prospect the same afternoon, not next month.

03
Verified owner contact

The owner or officer name, a direct phone and an email sit on the record, so you reach the person who signs, not a switchboard.

04
Your filing footprint

Filter by state to match the jurisdictions you cover, so every name on the list is one you can actually file for.

05
Watch the pipeline

Track the carriers you are working. If authority activates or the record changes, you hear about it the next morning and know the window has closed.

06
Work it and export it

Move prospects through your own board in TruCRM, log the outreach, and export the list to Excel or CSV when you want it in another tool.

The window is the whole play.

A process agent is named once, and the carrier that hears from you first is usually the one that files. Filtering to pending authority puts you in front of carriers at the one moment the decision is live.

  • Authority status, so you see pending before active
  • Filing date, so the freshest carriers sort to the top
  • State and interstate or intrastate operation
  • Verified owner name, direct phone and email

One name, one call, everything you need to file.

Every carrier opens to the same record: who owns it, how to reach them, where they are based, and where the authority stands. You are not stitching three sources together to make one call.

  • Owner and officer names with a direct line
  • Legal and DBA name, USDOT and MC number
  • Physical and mailing address on file
  • Authority status and the filing timeline behind it

Answered up front.

How do I find carriers that need a BOC-3 process agent?
Filter the database to carriers with pending authority. A carrier that has filed for operating authority but is not yet active still has to designate a BOC-3 process agent, and that stage is exactly what the pending filter isolates. Each one carries the owner name, a direct phone and an email.
How fresh are the new filings?
The database refreshes from the FMCSA twice a day, so a carrier that files for authority in the morning can be in your list the same day, with verified contact already attached, while the process agent decision is still open.
Can I filter to the states I file in?
Yes. Filter by state so every carrier on the list is one your process agent service covers, and combine it with authority status so you are only looking at carriers in the window where a designation is still needed.
Will I know when a carrier's authority activates?
If you track it, yes. Authority status is one of eleven fields checked daily on every carrier you follow, so when a pending carrier goes active you are told the next morning and know the window has closed.
Where does the contact data come from?
FMCSA public records, refreshed continuously, combined with commercial business sources for owner and contact detail. It is business information about companies for sales outreach, not a consumer report.
What this does not do

TruckScribe reports what the FMCSA and commercial business sources record. It surfaces carriers whose authority is pending and their contact detail; it does not file the BOC-3 for you, confirm a carrier has not already named an agent, or act as your designation system. It tells you who to reach and when.

TruckScribe is built on FMCSA public records and other commercial business sources. It is business information for sales and vendor decisions, not a consumer report. How we handle data

Reach carriers while the filing window is open.

Every plan includes the full database, filtering, TruCRM, monitoring and export. Tiers differ on seats and daily unlocks.
